OW2 Team Information
Important Dates and Info
- Signup Deadline : End of Day on 2/3
- Tryouts: Depending on need will be held between 2/6 - 2/9
- Practices: TBD based on # of players. Will occur at least 1x a week after school
- Games: 8 Tuesdays between 4-7PM (final time TBD from the league) from 2/14 through 4/25

Practices
- Practice days and times will be decided once team(s) have been formed
- Team members will require their own PC
- In the future practices may be held at The Hawk esports center. Maybe not every week but it would be beneficial to meet up in person
- Discord account is needed to communicate
Current League we are Participating in
For Spring 2023 we will be participating in the MiHSEF league. We will be connected to other high schools and be able to compete for the championship. Playoffs are held 5/6 and championships are 5/13. For more information visit: mihsef.org
Costs
The current league we will be competing in is free. Other leagues in the future may require a payment to enter. We can discuss if we want to practice and or play games at the esports center at The Hawk (for an additional cost).
We are working on some fundraising opportunities for tournaments, events, and travel.
Tryouts
Sign up for the Overwatch 2 team doesn't guarantee a spot on the competitive team. Tryouts are dependent on how many people sign up.
If there is a tryout, it will be held between 2/6 - 2/9. Check discord for active announcements.
